Simby D'lo is a Presidential House 5 bedrooms included a Master Bedroom with a tub and shower. The House has a Spectacular views with a front to back balconies and porches. The 4 bedrooms house is also included a balconies and porches. A huge parking lot and also a huge yard. The Ocean View is Spectacular. Located in Red Hook Quarters.

Didn't Want to leave!

Very clean Property, which suited our family perfectly. Wonderful constant breeze. View was amazing. Close to grocery, ferry and most of the things we were interested in doing. Would stay there again.

The best between Mountains and Beaches

Sergio’s property is very nice, clean, spacious and has everything you need. Spectacular view and constant very nice breeze. We had a specular week visiting many beaches in the island and at the end of the day we climbed the mountain to a quiet night. Sergio was of service every time we needed him."

Amazing Time

My family and I traveled to Virgin Islands for my mother’s 50th birthday and my sisters birthday as well and This place is one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have ever stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, perfectly sized for even more than 10 people. We felt safe in the location and the property is gated and locks. The pictures do this place no justice the view is breathtaking and the hospitality was one for the books. The beautiful home was close to a big supermarket which was handy, Communication was way beyond my expectations no matter the time of day. The host went above and beyond they helped us locate a rental car which seemed nearly impossible because all of the other rental places were sold out. Sonya recommendations were phenomenal when it came to beaches and tourist attractions etc she literally has answers to anything you could want on the island. We would highly recommend this wonderful home.

Mediocre property - Terrible Owner

The property we stayed at was ok. However, we had a terrible experience with the owner, Sergio. When we met him in person he requested $2,000 extra dollars. He requested someone go meet him at the property - so we sent someone and he didn't show up. He was mean to the teenage volunteers and made them uncomfortable. He would not respond to texts or emails, but would call at 4am demanding to speak. Finally, he makes promises he does not intend to keep and will do whatever he can to get more money from you.

Very nice

From the moment we arrived, our host let us know if we needed anything he was available to help us 24/7 ,we didn't have a car rental at the first day he took us grocery shopping and help us to pick up our rental car at the airport the following day. The property is very clean and spacious has a spectacular view, it is a property that can accommodate a great family vacation.

Place is okay, manager is EXTREMELY intrusive and rude

The place is very basic and you’ll have what you need in terms of a place to sleep and shower. The AC works fine, and there’s a dining table for 6 and couches for 4 in another room. The manager will try to provide what you ask for, but every request comes with him dropping it off personally and repeatedly entering your space and invading privacy. One pro is that when one of our guests cancelled he refunded that person fee in cash, HOWEVER this whole per person cost is so shady. I don’t understand why he can’t just have a flat cost to keep from all the annoyance. He kept popping in uninvited or sending the on-site caretaker uninvited to count us so we don’t “cheat” him. When he would visit he wouldn’t leave! The power has issues and lights would randomly flicker, when we complained about it he was very dismissive and almost made us feel like we were lying. (We actually took videos because we started questioning ourselves!). Overall, place is alright, there’s way cheaper options for way more amenities available on the island (we split our stay at another Airbnb significantly bigger and with more amenities at a cheaper price). Manager needs to take a step back and stop making us feel like we’re on a high school trip!

We would not stay there again

The reservation was for 8 people and we paid an extra $200 to have one more person. The host said we were 12 instead of 9, which is a complete lie, and charged us additional $600 in the middle of the trip. It was a hassle to have to explain this to Vrbo after and solve this situation. In addition, a few other things were inconvenient during our stay: - On the initial night, the host locked the lock on the outside door, and we had to wait for 1 hour for him to open up again. He came driving drunk, with a beer on his hand and was very aggressive to us for no particular reason. - Throughout our stay the host came over to the house several times for no apparent reason. When we told him we didn’t appreciate this harassment he completely ignored us and kept on coming inside the house every now and again. - All the fire alarms in the house made very loud noises overnight, which made it hard for us to sleep. He disconnected them, which stopped the noises, but he should probably had brought a technician rather than just disconnecting them, for regulatory and safety reasons. Overall, we feel very dissatisfied with our host. The house looks like the pictures, but the location is also not the best. We would not stay there again.

Beautiful home on the island

We enjoyed Sergios home a whole lot. It over looks the ocean with beautiful cool breeze. The home was very clean, had Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The home was very large it was just the four of us including two kids and we only stayed in one part of the home. The furniture was clean and up-to-date. The beds ...very comfortable. The property is well secured as well so you’re safe being there. While we were there the Power came off which was NO fault of the owner but he brought us a generator that was amazing that he did that. That was very courteous. They were beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys that we could’ve use. The washer and dryer was there as well if you wanted to wash our clothes. It’s like a home away from home the only thing we had to do was bring our luggage and buy some food. Will definitely book again. Sergio was always there for anything you needed. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Perfect Island Vacation!

We had a great time, the house was perfect very clean and Spacious, the breeze from two sets of French doors OMG it’s amazing, we had beach chairs available and everything we needed. Our host Sergio was the host of all times he left no stone unturned, we appreciate his professionalism thank you from the John Family . Our perfect family reunion island vacation..
