「我們於夜晚八點左右開始尋找酒店，雖然酒店非常貼心地一早電郵提供詳細指示，但由於住宿位置非常偏僻難找，離電車站又非常遠，地點附近環境頗暗，較少街燈，我們拖著兩個行李箱，又要找路，全程又累又怕，提心吊膽。 幾經波折終於到達酒店，房門一開，酒店收拾得很整潔，又有酒店送的甲蟲朱古力，但是房間卻小得放下兩個行李箱後連轉身的位置也沒有。 當初相片簡介中的花園部分，是我對這次住宿期待最高的部分，結果找不到相中的花園，這不是赤裸裸的圖文不符嗎。 當日完成白天行程，滿心期待在酒店得到充份休息，但結果整個住宿經驗頗不愉快。」

「Vielfältige Enttäuschung: Pool war nicht mit Wasser gefüllt, uns wurde vor der Buchung noch eine genaue Gebrauchsanweisung von Schlüsseln, Saugroboter und Poolnutzung geschickt. Wohnung völlig überhitzt (>38 Grad) durch defekte Wärmepumpe, später traten dann stark riechende Dämpfe von Lösungsmitteln oder Kältemitteln aus. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig. Wir sind früher abgereist.」

It would be helpful to have something in writing on the property regarding only 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided as well as the single trash bag- this is common in Switzerland, but not in American VRBO’s. 「Hallo, wir waren mit 3 Personen in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Informationen über die Umgebung sind reichlich vorhanden. Besonders möchte ich noch den herrlichen Ausblick, bis rüber Jura erwähnen. Kinderspielzeug und Spiele für Erwachsene sind vorhanden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden gerne im Sommer noch einmal kommen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall das schöne Ferienhaus mal zu besuchen」
