"What a great hotel amazing location next to the cathedral and train station. The staff was incredible and very welcoming. Side note when we checked out they held our luggage in a locked room so we could visit the Christmas Market again. Highly recommend."

"This was a wonderful stay and a wonderful hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and there was a tiny balcony overlooking a lovely courtyard cafe. The location also very convenient to the Hauptbahnhof and good restaurants and bakeries without feeling too busy or crowded. And the service was exceptional. I had to arrive very late, as in the next morning, and the staff not only arranged a special self-checkin to prevent my reservation's being canceled, they remembered when I checked out and asked how everything had went. Very, very recommended. "
