“Wanted to be okay with this property. The hotel was not clean. There was food all over the floor of the elevator multiple times. The elevators not only had crushed food on the floor but each time we got in there was a different odor, one morning strong vomit smell. The garbage was over flowing in multiple places and the area where we waited for the elevator on the 4th floor wrecked of trashed for the entire fist morning we were there. The lady that checked me in over charged me and I didn't know until I checked my checking account because she said she would email me a receipt which she didn't. When I brought up the overcharge to her she proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure but she thinks the hotel charges a hold for a one night stay plus the charge for my stay. This didn't make any sense because the hotel doesn't state that it holds a deposit or takes a……

“Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. ”
