「Not clean.」

「The room was very clean. I love clean rooms. The hotel is new. It was worth the money and it was very quiet. I wanted the top floor, but the third floor away from the elevator was just as good.」

「From the pics the hotel seemed pretry nice. Once I arrived staff was nice and accommodating. I flew in super late checked in around 4am with my child. I was awaken at 7ish am to a bed bug crawling on my SONS BACK!!! I was livid, I cried in anger and packed up immediately. They did resolve my issue as far as the refund but I had nowhere to go in a foreign city. I had to go through hoops to get to another hotel with a toddler stroller and luggage. I hope to God I dont bring anything home」

「The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. 」
