「Not clean.」

「No clue. Office was closed when we arrived. Not able to access room. After hours line in box full so can’t reach anyone. Had to pay for another hotel as this place was non refundable.」

「Had to wait 40 minutes in the lobby because they did not received the $$ from Expedia… they told me to call Expedia myself… after having a reservation already made and paid for… insane」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. Front desk young man was very friendly and inviting. The hotel itself was really nice. Breakfast was good with different options. We booked an accommodation room for a wheelchair. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. After being in the room for sometime we smelled sewer and it was coming from the bathroom. The smell was horrible. We notified the young man at the front desk and he moved us to a regular room due to them not having anymore...

「The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. 」

「I will never stay here again…. It was 3 of us in a room only had clean towels for 2. Carpet needs to be taken up and redone. Toilet barely flushed. A/C unit still attached to the walls and were dirty even though it’s a wall unit. And let’s not forget the room smelled like piss especially the living room area.」

「The place was older and highly dated. Several things were not in service and I’m sure the air conditioner was blowing out black mold because the filter has not been changed or cleaned in quite a while. Room did come with a decent sized refrigerator a small kitchenette with 2 burners. Housekeeping comes early in the morning and if you miss them you can not get clean towels until they return the next morning. They don’t come in to clean the room. Just take trash and towels.」

「While this hotel has been doing some renovation, they have done everything to ensure customers are not impacted. The updates are great and very appealing. The staff, especially Nadina on the night shift. Hampton should be proud to have this Stockbridge Hotel as part of their chain.」

「The building was not well maintained especially on the outside. The pool was not filled and what water was there was green. There was trash all around the building which didn’t seem to get picked up. We were in a non-smoking room, but a few doors down from a smoking room and it was horrible.
