There were multiple broken doors and only one elevator was operating so waiting for an elevator with a toddler was terrible, on top of carrying all of our things. The options had been that, or to cary all of our luggage to the 4th floor. The front staff was not the nicest and never smiled, they did their job, but that was the minimum.
The rooms were clean and the bed was rather comfortable, so the cleaning staff was definitely on point.
I was most dissatisfied with the fact that they didn't accept 3rd party payments, and there was no heads up about that on the site or anywhere when making my reservation… which was paid for with a 3rd party card… aka, chime, cashapp, venmo, paypal. Made it very inconvenient when thats the only forms of payment i use and they didn't even take cash in replacement. LUCKILY my husband was with me who JUST opened a major primary account that they accepted. Just ridiculous that we can pay on line with any payment form and its something different when checking in… with NO HEADS UP.
