The welcome atmosphere and attention to detail. We were greeted at door with refreshing towel and drink. Given list of places round area. 2pm “ tea “ which was more like an amazing light lunch. Drinks on rooftop pool were super yummy! Room was small but clean and perfect. Great location close to market

The property was in a centralized location in district 1. Hotel itself does not have a SPA. Rooms are not bad but slippers seemed to be used as of they washed it and reused them. I’ve never been to a hotel where room slippers were not wrapped. Overall, it an ok hotel. Hotel breakfast and snacks are edible but not that good. Quality can be better. Staff are friendly. would I stay here again, probably not will try a different hotel next time.

The staff was great! Very friendly and helped with anything that we needed. The pool has a great view, and one bar tender has great english and had great chats and recommendations. Please tip them if you can! Loved the tea time and breakfast buffet. The tea times sometimes has live music, which is fabulous. Even took a song request. Close to everything in district 1, so just walked around to everything :) I hear they are opening another silverland, so great for their chain.

The room, lobby, breakfast room & pool area were all lovely, The breakfast spread was the best I'd had in my whole 2 1/2 week trip to Cambodia & Vietnam. The smoked yellowfin, cream cheese & dark bread were amazing -- probably the most delicious thing I ate on the trip -- and that was only one of many stations at breakfast. Come hungry so you can enjoy it all.

This hotel is everything what others said in even other travel sites, so I won't repeat as you can read'em all at length: it's a "5-star 3-star" hotel. Friendly staff from check-in till check-out. One may sense they do it in earnestness, not just by (trained) professional obligation. But in service industry the true test is always "error recovery": I think they've done well in addressing the "errors" we encountered during our stay. Cheers! Oh, did I say they had live performance at lobby during our Xmas break stay? Lovely guitar/violin duo preformance :-)

Everything is fabulous! The staff, the location, the top floor cool jacuzzi, breakfast and afternoon tea, all fantastic!

Saigon visit
The rooms are very small but comfortable and the roof pool is very small but the staff are very helpful. The only down we had was the room service food; cold and not very appertising.
