「The staff were excellent and couldn’t be more helpful. The lobby and bar areas were nice. We had to change rooms as our first room wasn’t clean. We were moved to a better room only to find scaffolding being put up outside our room on the first day. We went out for the day and when we came back there were workmen on the scaffolding. 「If you value the suspension in your car then avoid the long potholed drive up to this property! On arrival it transpired the lift was not working and no-one appeared the whole weekend to investigate or repair. No idea how long it had been broken. No apology was given when we arrived.
