"I was disappointed in this property. The staff there was very nice though. None of my complaint is about them. The first room I was given (Room 303) was in bad condition. It smelled, the desktop wood was heavily scratched, the carpet had stains, some paint had chipped off. I complained and was given room 602, which had recently been improved which was nicer. The exterior property is in need of a fresh coat of paint. The jacuzzi was tiny and didn’t look too clean. The room smelled bad. For any rental, I expect better."

"Perfect for our stay! Amenities are awesome was able to fill up my water and get snacks. Very calm and quiet. AC works great also comes with a ceiling fan! Great service super helpful and nice!"

"Very friendly accommodations. It was raining and check-in is at 4 pm and I asked if we could check in any bit earlier. They held our luggage and said they will call when the room was ready. It was ready early. The room was clean. It did have the ocean view we paid for. The hotel is old and built of wood so it does creak (as one would expect). If this would bother you then look for a newly rebuilt structure. These things don’t bother me if there is a logical reason and it’s expected. These things price was within our budget. Close to everything. More quiet since it’s a block away from the front street."

"Amazing staff here all around. Floors were a little dirty and the hot water is scalding hot just be careful, all else is amazing here. Complimentary coffee/tea, storage, lounge area and bar seats. My favorite place to stay on Catalina. "

"Floorsin main area n stairs aren't very clean. Lobby smells musky.
Room was better but no coffee maker in room or anywhere in hotel. Need to leave for coffee. Coffee is a minimum amenity"
