"The hotel needs an update. Location is good but we got attitude at check in. Were told no air conditioning available when we asked at bedtime. We tried to sleep with window open but street noise made sleeping impossible. Way too warm in room to be comfortable! If air conditioning is conditional, they need to let you know that it will be available upon their decision."
