「Great location! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with coffees which is the way to my heart. The room was nice and roomy. We had the queen bed with a sofa that opened to a bed. We had a nice balcony with a view of the alley and buildings around us which was pretty. It snowed one of the days we were there so we got to see the snow on top of the building. The room has a nice size tv and a curtain between the sofa and bed for privacy. Bathroom is great. They have a hair dryer...

「Brand new hotel in town. Very convenient location to the hbf and other public transport, could also walk to the old town. Everything was brand new, clean with modern design, fully equipped kitchen. Room was pretty spacious. Staff were super friendly. First time experiencing such contactless door unlocking function, may not be super ideal for elderly.
