「Lovely hosts, with a nice hostel in a very nice garden with pool. Generous hosts who shared all kinds of fruits from their garden for free. Very good equiped kitchen, well kept and cosy. Top location with walking distance to the beach, the La Zenia boulevard shopping mall and lots of restaurants. Top recomendations from us.」

「Nous avons eu la chance de passer un séjour dans ce super appartement extrêmement fonctionnel et propre dans lequel on s’y sent comme dans une bulle et avec comme bonus l’accès à volonté au SPA ROYAL PARK de la résidence équipé d'une salle de Sport, Piscine,Jacuzzi ,Sauna de quoi se faire une cure de bien-être au quotidien J’ajouterais que Mr China a été aux petits soins pour nous en nous proposant les meilleurs restaurants et des lieux à visiter autour d’Orihuela costa..Bref un séjour...

「The apartment was just as described and easy to find. The spacious outside terrace was a real bonus.Everything was walking distance - bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. The complex has lovely gardens and 3 pools, so choice if lots of people are staying. We had a lovely stay and will be back.」

「Overall the appartment suited all our needs,had everything you need. It is a little bit further out than we expected but on a good bus route,bus fare only 1.55 cents each per journey which is great. January/ February time there isn't a lot around about that is open. There is an Aldi which is only a 5/10 minute walk away which is handy. Martin was always at the end of a phone for any questions at all,very helpful.」

「The location was very good with a quiet area. It was very close to everything. It was a good walking distance to the Plaza where there were many restaurants. The apartment had everything you needed and it was easy to get to. A big plus was that it was a fenced area so you felt safe with the parking. It was quick and smooth contact with the owner and the broker. The pool area was great. Can highly recommend this apartment.」

「Die Bilder sind nicht aktuell, das Objekt hat diverse Mängel (keine Tür in der Duschkabine/Wanne), Holzboden aufgequollen, fehlende Fußleisten, Wände könnten neue Farbe dringend gebrauchen. Die beschriebene Heizung war ein Stromradiator mit dem man ein Zimmer auf 15 Grad beheizen kann. 」

「Vrijwel nieuw appartement. Je kunt gebruikmaken van faciliteiten van hotel La Laguna voor ontbijt en diner. Supermarkt is vlakbij. Wel is er beperkt kookgerei. Ook zou een koffieapparaat handig zijn.」

「Just home from a lovely holiday in this large spacious villa. Air conditioning was great throughout the house other than in the two downstairs bedrooms in the garage which were both very hot but the large fans provided helped. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had a lovely bbq whilst we were there. Some areas of the villa are slightly run down and need some maintaining. Most of the showers weren’t great and the outdoor sofa is worn and torn although that area under the shade is a...

「Our stay was for 3 weeks and we were very happy with this property. Everything you would need is there for you and well maintained. The property manager, Michael is so very helpful and always quick to respond if needed. I highly recommend this property if staying in Punta Prima!」

「Beautiful Bungalow in great location close to bars and shops. Owner Suzanne is lovely and most helpful. She arranged a bed gaurd for my granddaughter. Keyholder also very nice and helpful. Would recommend a stay here, it has everything you need with a fantastic roof terrace.」

「The house itself is pretty good, also the equipment is ok. But unfortunately the house was not as clean as expected. Food from prior visitors was left in the kitchen. Dishes where not cleaned properly. Bathroom articles from prior visitors where also left. With a bit more of care, the house could be great.」
