The host/management was super responsive whenever we had questions. The place was very nice in a great neighborhood. The shuttle service was the game changer, that made this trip much easier from a planning perspective. Would absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommend this place for an amazing time at Steamboat Springs! Our family loved their stay. It was very spacious, with plenty of board games and interconnected technology for everyone to have a blast. The shuttle system is outstanding with complementary drop off and pickup at the base of the mountain within 6 minutes.

First of all, the management company is topnotch and was very helpful. This property was well-stocked, clean and in a great location with trails close for walking. The fact that it has air conditioning was a huge plus since it was unseasonably warm while we were visiting. Overall, it was a great stay!

We stayed here during the summer which worked because we didn’t have to walk to the slopes. The road behind the house was loud at times but in the winter you wouldn’t have the doors open. The kids loved the game room!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years. This property was great! There were 11 of us ranging in age from 74 - 18 months. We could not have picked a better property. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in and we cooked all our meals there. Beds were comfortable, good linens, and thoughtful little touches. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time and we loved the convenience of everything. The free shuttles were a huge plus. There had a pack n play crib, baby gates and high chair which was great for my 18 month old. The only suggestion would be to get rid of all the pans and get new ones, they are scratched and probably not safe for cooking.

The accommodations were terrific! The home has a great layout with plenty of room for our group. It's comfortable and well appointed. The service from Steamboat Lodging, once again, pins the needle on excellent! The entire team is friendly and responsive. A great advantage for our group is the shuttle service, and all the drivers are pleasant and accommodating. It was our third year working with Steamboat Lodging, and our second year in this home. We're already talking about returning next year!

This was the perfect spot for a multigenerational vacation. There were three king beds to accommodate some very tall (6 foot 4 and up) men in the family and great bunkbeds for the kids. The a/c was a big hit this summer. We loved the abundance of storage and quality of appliances. We had a wonderful stay!!

Steamboat Lodging Company is terrific and highly recommended. Their friendly staff and first-class service are beyond compare. Our accommodations were fantastic, thanks to Peggy who knew exactly what we were looking for. The whole team was responsive and accommodating, and we loved the door-to-to shuttle service with the best-ever drivers who couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Five stars for the whole team!!

This house was the perfect home base for 3 couples, 2 teens and 4 middle schoolers. Plenty of sleeping room, just enough room for dinners, nice kitchen, really good beds, 3.5 bathrooms, and wifi worked like a charm. Was on the bus route to the slopes and the big garage accommodated a suburban. Mud room was essential for ski gear.

The rental was very clean and close to the mountain, the steamboat staff were very available, friendly and helpful at all hours which was especially important as out of towners with children, the place was as depicted (though hard to keep it cool at night with the heat) and was overall amazing. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

The house was so comfortable for our three families and four children. It was a good location (close to a playground) and easy to to access paved bike/walking trails (right behind the house). The property managers were extremely helpful throughout the rental process. We will definitely continue to use their service the next time we visit Steamboat Springs

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhome. This house can sleep a lot of people with 4 king bedrooms and a full bunk bed with additional twin and trundle. The layout worked great for us and the location is walkable to the base, about 7 minutes. We would definitely rent this home again.

Our stay in Stuart 3 was wonderful. The condo was equipped with everything you would need. The shuttle service was fantastic and all the drivers were so nice. Peggy and Nolan were phenomenal to work with, answered every questions and need with prompt service. Would definitely stay at this condo again. Stuart 3 was the ideal layout and location for our two families. There was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably after the days activities. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining area accommodated everyone for meals. The large garage was ideal for all of our bikes and floating equipment. Finally, the location was perfect. We prefer the mountain area with walking/biking access to everything Steamboat has to offer. We'll definitely book this property again in the future.

We had a great stay at Cascades at EagleRidge Stuart 3 this past weekend. The location was wonderful, right on the mountain with walking and bike paths out our door. We could easily walk up to the Wild Plum (small grocery store) to grab coffee or a snack and then walk to the mountain. We grilled out one night and loved the deck space. Plus the three levels allowed everyone their own privacy. We had family dinner at the big table and enjoyed every minute. Added bonus, the foosball table in the kids cave! Steamboat Lodging Company went all out in welcoming us with some tasty treats and notes about town to help with our stay. We hope we can come back this winter!
