This two-story townhome provides guests with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, perfect for welcoming up to 6 guests at a time. Those that can't imagine a getaway without their favorite canine companion at their side will love that Indian Meadows Getaway is a pet-friendly stay in Steamboat. In fact, guests are invited to enjoy a stay here with up to two pets at a time (additional pet fees will apply).

Indian Meadows Getaway is surrounded by lush foliage, offers up ample parking options, and is situated conveniently on the Core Trail. Those that enjoy spending time in the fresh air will be thrilled by the fact that this townhome offers views of the ski area and Yampa River while also hosting its own pond on-site. It's easy to stroll down to the Botanical gardens from this destination or fish in the Yampa River.

Unassigned, first come, first served, outdoor parking available for the complex. You are allowed to park 1 vehicle in front of the unit and any other vehicles must be parked in the resident overflow parking area, map will be included at the property to show you were this is. PER THE HOA, NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS OR RV'S ALLOWED.

The sofa is topped with decorative throw pillows and is paired with a wooden chest coffee table, rustic accent lamps, modern armchair, and gas stove. Blue curtains add a splash of color to this space which opens up seamlessly to the dining room hosting a new table for enjoying meals together. Decorative shelving and modern lighting fixtures in the dining room add a modern touch to the aesthetic. You can find the half bath just as you enter the condo along with the full size washer and dryer down the hall on the way to the living space.

Indian Meadows is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
