Great place, great location, very accommodating host.

We had a great stay. The unit was a short walk to the gondola. It's very spacious, clean, and comfortable.. because there were no back to back rentals, the host allowed for early checkin and late checkout, which was awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

great Steamboat location and service

we have stayed at the Phoenix a number of times and this was as good as the others. highlights - close to lifts, free shuttle into town, nearby food and provisions, comfortable and spacious lodging, and responsive service. could be better - more dishes, cups, etc for a place that sleeps 10.

The condo was clean and tidy. Worked very well and was comfortable. Very close to the slopes. We enjoyed and will look to rent again.

The unit was excellent and held 6 retirees quite well. It was spacious and convenient to the mountain. The only downside is that the plumbing is showing its age and should be updated.

4th of July

Great location, near multiple bus stops for free ride to downtown. Downside, only the top floor has a window unit and it was 80+ everyday, it did cool off with the windows open in the evening.

Great location

P218 Phoenix is conveniently located with plenty of room for 10. The condo itself, however, is dated and somewhat neglected. The microwave didn’t work. The appliances are all very old. The kitchen supplies are minimal. The shower drain in downstairs unit was very slow to drain. The workout room on property didn’t open until 8am, making it useless to early risers. The hot tubs on property are very small, they fill up quickly and you may have to wait to use one. We enjoyed our stay, and the location of this unit is great, but the owner could definitely put some love back into this unit to make it even better.
