Great place in great location

Really amazing place with great location! Super clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the TVs had no local TV or cable.

Pre Christmas Family Ski Trip

Loved this property. Myself, my wife and my teenage daughter spent 3 nights for a quick ski trip and would gladly stay again. Very quite, most units are owner occupied based on what I was told. This is not a property for a rowdy crew. Management was onsite during the day and everything was within a short walk. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great Location!

I would like to say it was a good stay, the bathrooms were very complete with everything needed as well as the kitchen, very well equipped, however on the down side there were pretzells and cards under the couch and the air beds (the bigger one) deinflated every night, and we were informed 2 days prior our arrival that there was a missing bed. I would certainly recommend this place but make sure about the beds and cleaning before arrival, thanks!

Wonderful accommodations

Beautiful property, great location, easy access to gondola, grocery stores and the fact that they have a shuttle to downtown and shopping. I will be back using then again for y next vacation.

Cozy Ptarmigan Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Ptarmigan 36. The unit is very cozy and was perfect for us and our two boys. The condo is just a short walk from the slopes and one of the best ski-in-ski-out properties in Steamboat. The Resort Lodging Co staff onsite was very helpful and ensured our time at the mountain was perfect.

Kitchen was well supplied and unit was clean and comfortable. The on demand shuttle was a big difference, you really don't need a car. I hope they continue this service.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN STEAMBOAT

The room was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. We liked the fireplace and the left area made it feel as if you had 2 rooms. The two bathrooms was a luxury as well. It was a great location with good ski access. The front desk staff were the best and the small things like small towels in the ski locker area so you could dry your ski boots and skis. I would highly recommend this property.
