The fold out bed / couch was very uncomfortable and was not madeWhen we opened it. Pool was very cloudy and not swim able.Double remote satellite televisions were very difficult to use.

Perfect for a small group

Really enjoyed this cute condo! The fireplace and hot tub were so nice to come home to after a day on the slopes. The Mountain Resorts made it easy to run errands by using their shuttle.

Steamboat stay

We stayed three nights in this condo. The place was very clean and had a nice layout. The fireplace was a nice amenity to the place as it helped to keep it warm. The kitchen was very well equipped. Our only concern was the flooring in the living room/dining room was very slippery.

Mismanaged and overpriced!

This was by far the worst VRBO experience we had. The condo wasn’t well cleaned - there was dried out dirt and water in cubbies for boots, lots of smudges on the walls, the dryer rattles like crazy then the washer is on. The wifi kept going out and cutting off streaming services. We called the front desk about not being able to open the blinds/shades and they never showed up to fix the problem, despite saying they will do it asap. The person on phone for front desk was rude. The condo is very noisy at night. The radiators make knocking noises and the snow plows out the parking lot are very loud. We kept waking up many times. The only redeeming feature is a short walk to the gondola. Overall this is way overpriced and not that clean. We will also never book with mountain resorts ever again.
