「We spent a week here with two dogs and somehow it was not a nightmare. The room was quite large and carpet-free which is a good thing with pets. The beds were a bit too hard, the pillows excellent. The thermostat is over-engineered and incomprehensible. Great shower. Badly-placed light switches. And the free breakfast was not a high point. So, if I have some complaints, why five stars? 「The gentleman who checked me in was very gracious and helpful when I arrived. I had booked only a half hour earlier online and didn’t realize the date was wrong. I found myself unexpectedly needing overnight accommodations and arrived a bit discombobulated. He was very nice, figured it all out and had me checked in fairly quickly.
