Very dirty, dirty linens, smelly, Did not stay there. Not livable. Written smoke free but everywhere is smoking smell. Terrible.

Free parking, staff was receptive to late check in. No breakfast of any kind, but snacks and drinks are available for purchase in the small front lobby. Book online for a cheaper rate. I called and a single room was $133 via phone, but online similar rooms were $80'ish to $100 with tax. The room was clean. The bathroom was small but everything worked. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Towels weren't the best quality but did the job. Bed was comfortable and pillows were decent. Not a plethora of outlets available for use but enough fory device charger and CPA machine. Basic cable on tv, nothing special. Free unsecured wifi. This is a pretty basic room, nothing special but no problems either.

Room was not like the pictures. Don’t trust that. It’s similar but walls and everything was just dirty. Didn’t trust a single surface. *end of night came around I lock my door and then had to run out. Guess what I couldn’t.* I was locked in my room! The metal of the door was bent and wedged and left me stuck in the room. Thankfully a friend was able to rescue me. But needless to say I left shortly after that.

I am extremely disappointed with our stay last night. What we experienced was completely unacceptable and honestly frightening. From around 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM, there was a violent fight happening in the room upstairs. There was loud screaming, and it sounded like tables and chairs were being thrown. At one point, belongings were thrown outside onto a car. The noise and chaos were so intense that we felt unsafe in our own room. We called the front desk because we could not sleep and were genuinely concerned for our safety. Instead of handling the situation, the staff told us to call the police ourselves. My husband clearly told them that this is the hotel’s responsibility, not the guests’. Shockingly, they responded that they , couldn’t do anything. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. Guests pay for safety, comfort, and peace!!! not to deal with violent disturbances and be told to handle it themselves. We were left feeling scared and unsupported. The hotel needs to take responsibility for guest safety and train staff to properly handle serious situations like this. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.

The light switch in my room was not working. I had to use my phone as light in the bathroom. The ceiling is nearly hanging from a thread in the bathroom. The shades were broken. The refrigerator did not chill my water, not even the following morning was it cold. The carpet had a whole bunch of stains in them , looked like blood. The walls and night stand were also stained. And for the comforter, it was one thin thin sheet and a fleece blanket. I would’ve slept better in the street than in this place.

The room was extremely small which isn't a big deal and although it looked clean at first, we saw the walls looked really dirty or stained & we kept finding long hair everywhere. The room was not kept up as in the floor was very worn with large dirty gaps which is definitely not a housekeeping issue. The bed was very nice, clean & comfortable and the towels were very clean as well. The staff was absolutely welcoming, accommodating and extremely pleasant. Overall, the rooms need to be maintained/renovated - as I said, I don't think the condition was a housekeeping issue but a maintenance issue. For the price, it's a good stay.
