Regrettably, our assigned bathroom lacked hot water during our nighttime shower. Upon raising this issue, we were informed that a technician would attend to the water heater only by 8 a.m. the following day. Upon our insistence, alternative arrangements were made for us to use another bathroom on the same floor. Nevertheless, we feel it is crucial for the establishment to have on-site staff during the night to address guest concerns in person, rather than merely over the phone, and to facilitate immediate solutions. Though we were granted a discount on our room rate due to this inconvenience, we firmly believe that there is significant room for improvement in this area."
