"I cut my finger badly on the doorknob as it was broken and never repaired. Breakfast was very simple but super late, hardly possible to get anything to eat before 9am. - for business people horrific experience. the bathroom smelled terrible all the time. Warm water was available only one day.
location is very good close to the Sea, but there is a lot of homeless people and garbage everywhere.
The Service guy in the breakfast area shared his very conservative and offending opinion about women...
"The location and the historical look of this hotel makes it unique. Located 20 minutes from city center, very close to the beach, shopping areas and dozens of dining options are all at a walking distance. Beautiful and safe neighborhood.

"We normally stay in the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. This was our first stay in this area. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay as a family of 6. The apartment was spacious, clean and close to cafes, restaurants and other amenities.
The staff were friendly and in particular Zain was really helpful and always welcomed us with a smile.
