「The check in instructions were poor. The door code was incorrect, the WIFi information was incorrect. There were no instructions or remote for the electric fireplace or the hot tub. There was no data service on cell and no WiFI, so I had to call the host. The host was originally very responsive but after the 3rd call for help because the door code was incorrect the host (Spears Rentals) scolded me and told me they were not responsible. VBRO was a fault. I had no way to call VBRO and I...

「I loved my stay! The house is cozy and comfortable. The hot tub and the beautiful grounds were just what I needed for a late winter recharge. I would love to return in the summer or fall to explore the trails! I highly recommend this cute little wooded retreat.」

「Beautiful cabin that has EVERYTHING you need for a relaxed and fun family vacation. A lot of attractions within 30 min -1 h drive on Keuka and Seneca lakes. The hosts are great! Thank you Ray and Destiny - we will come again!」

「The place was adorable, definitely very rustic and off the grid (literally holes in the walls for bugs to slip through). We had a lovely time overall. My biggest complaint would be the smell of the cabin, it was very overpowering and hard to get past. And it was something more than just the smell of wood, although I cannot pinpoint what. Just a warning for anyone else who is sensitive to smell.」

「This cabin provided the perfect location for a weekend get away. Had everything we needed- a firepit, a private and peaceful outdoor space, cool AC for the little time we spent indoors, and a coffee machine. Close by to Watkins Glen State Park and the walkable town of Corning. The hosts additionally offered farm fresh eggs (which were delicious) and firewood for purchase. We really enjoyed our time here.」

「Very nice place」

「Everything was perfect with this house, nice comfy bed, indoor fireplace that needed no wood, a deer that would roam around the property, was a distant to go places but we knew in advance, definitely recommended 」

「This is a beautiful cabin that had everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. All the sleeping areas are comfortable. The entire property is clean in and out. There is a full kitchen with microwave and Keurig available. It is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, as well as a propane grill on the deck. We enjoyed the fire pit and the pond. Impeccably landscaped and amazing views. Great communication with our hosts and very easy check-in and out.」

「Amazing stay in a perfectly clean cabin」

「We came for the eclipse. Early April is not the best time to go to a cabin with no power if you are comfort loving like me, but the cabin was clean with a nice big bed for me and my daughter and very comfortable. There was a gas heater that because it was so cold (for April) it only took the chill off in the early hours, but at least it did that. It was very well stocked, brickets for the grill and lighter fluid, firewood for a few nights, gas for the heater. Everything we needed for cooking and...

「What a great spot. We had a great evening enjoying the Cabin and the amenities. Loved the proximity to the lake and the local feel.」
