"Over all it was very Good. The check in was very smooth and the lady behind desk was very courteous. But After requesting housekeeping we just got to bath towels replaced and the garbage and dirty towels were left in room . We requested at front desk again but nobody showed up or cared. My husband then disposed off the garbage "

"The Plum Lodge is lovely and comfortable, with purple highlights everywhere. The refrigerator was capacious. Free muffins and coffee in the lobby. There is no coffee in the rooms and also no microwave. This was a great launch pad to see the Finger Lakes area."

"The check in was quick & easy. Was able to park at the door to the room. The room was large & the beds were very comfortable & lots of cable channels on the TV. It’s good to have use of the microwave oven & bar fridge in the room. After driving for 6 hours, I was stiff. I went to the swimming pool & swam leisurely & my muscles loosened up."

"The hotel was extremely clean and had very nice amenities.The Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We had a breakfast in their dining room, which was really good. T sure here was a little kiosk area with all the little amenities you might need including chilled wine. The hotel was conveniently located to the corning glass museum. Overall a really great stay and we definitely come back the next time we are in the area."
