The from the outside grill and seating, ice tray in the fridge to every nicknack, can opener, cup and paper towel kitchens amenities were above and beyond all you had to do was relax and enjoy the beach outside your door!”

“Amazing views. We don’t even feel guilty lounging around in the morning because we could see the whole city and felt like we were in it.Plenty of towels/supplies.Communicative manager.Great location for accessing many different parts of the city.We’ll be back!”

“Might be good to have a book of house rules and how everything worked. We’re pretty good at figuring things out, but it felt weird to keep asking the host questions. Response was great at first, but then dropped off. A book with details might solve this. Beautiful place and great location. ”

“Cleanliness was a huge issue. Stovetop was dirty, Bar stools are ripped and rusting. Couch was in very bad condition stained and falling apart. Door to Balcony from living area was missing a handle. No additional toilet paper was available. Sheets on bed was soiled and the bed was not made. Owner should have stated that it was a 4 floor walk-up in the advertisement. I have mobility issues and wasn’t aware until after booking.The apartment is very nice, it needs to be maintained for guests.Will……

“Our stay was absolutely incredible! The owner is very professional, prompt, and friendly. Communication was excellent. The condo had everything we needed. The views are PRICELESS! Parking garage is right next to the place, right next to Madison Square Garden, perfect location! I would stay here every time I come to NYC if it’s available.”

“Easy access and close Watkins Glen. Just up hill from Watkins Glen State Park. Roomy with plenty of necessities. No views and parking is tight or not available when all units full. Overall good but a little dated.”
