Access good. Room was good but thin ceiling allowed for some noise from upstairs. Shower head dribbles and may need repair/replace and hot water temp was a bit low. Mattress for pullout bed from couch sags in the middle. Otherwise it was good. Nice to have washer/dryer in room and appliances were in good shape.

Amherst Stay

Construction and fixtures in this property were excellent! The furniture and linens were far below my expectations. Sofa bed mattress desperately needs replacing and king size bed was extremely low to the ground. It does not appear the photos directly match the furniture at the property. Decent for a few nights, maybe not for long term rental.

Safe, secure location

I was at a workshop in Rosholt for the week and needed a place to essentially sleep and grab a cup of coffee before heading out for the day. It was clean and quiet — there is a train nearby, but I always travel with ear plugs. It had the essentials I needed for this stay.

Weekend hiking

Great little place for our hiking. Clean, close to brewery and downtown area. Host very responsive and accommodating. Will stay again as we have future hikes in the area.

Property was functional but lacked attention to details that travelers expect. Coffee pot (a Keurig) did not work, no hangers in the closet, 5-6 sheets of paper towels left on the roll, no Kleenix, floors had not been swept or vacuumed around the walls (pet hair accumulated) and dishes were well used, scratched plastic, not microwavable. Great location for hiking multiple Ice Age Trail segments, close to Central Waters Brewery, easy to find and some nice spots in Amherst to enjoy. Little details being taken care of make a big difference. Also, no instructions for checking out. My email had the same paragraph for check-in included in the check-out section.

Excellent Stay in Amherst

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this unit. The check in process was excellent, as was the communication with the host. I do not understand the negative comments from others. Check in was a breeze, the unit was clean and had a fun vibe. It was a delightful unit and perfect for our needs. Quiet, yet close to where we needed to go. We used to live in this area and it was close to family. This was one of our best experiences on VRBO and we will definitely look for this unit in our future visits to that area.

Great location. New, clean. No dining table. No frills. 4 pods for coffee maker. Diswasher was nice. Streaming TV only. Enjoyed the area and easy on iff highways. Good communication.

Not the cleanest or most effective check-in/out info (for example, no check-out info is available yet; and the most important check-in detail—which unit—was buried under less pressing info making it harder than necessary to access the unit. Overall, it is convenient and affordable if you need to stay close to downtown Amherst.

Great experience

The property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. We have two teenagers who found the pullout bed very comfortable. The room was awesome and location is very convenient to everything Amherst has to offer. We will definitely stay again.

Good location to use for home base for Packers games! Coffee maker ( k-cup) not reliable for coffee drinkers in the mornings! Regular pot maker would be better. Overall good stay.

Family Get Away

We went up to Central Waters Brewing for their 16th annual run/walk. Upon check-in, we were told they had a coffee pot & Keurig. They only had a Keurig but no Keurig cups. So we went to the local coffee shop both mornings for coffee. Underneath the kitchen sink there was a bag of garbage and above the kitchen stove there was an open bag of potato chips and another bag of expired potato chips. The bathroom towels in the vanity were very cheap hotel towels & it wasn’t very clean underneath there. Other than those few issues the place was nice.
