「We arrived at the hotel, and the lady at the front desk was very rude and coughing everywhere. The room was not clean and there was urine in the toilet that was obviously from the previous guest. It is definitely NOT worth the money I paid.」

「Room was very clean and housekeeping was quite communicative. The hotel is gorgeous inside and everything is in mint condition. The lobby area has free plates, forks, maps, and coffee! Very comfortable and warming place!! Property was a two minute walk to the river and the views were amazing!」

「The cabin was very clean, and communication with the hosts was excellent. They responded quickly and were very helpful throughout our stay. However, the amenities could use some improvement. The check-in process was more complicated than expected due to the amount of documentation that needed to be uploaded. Additionally, the checkout time was too early. With a 4:00 PM check-in and a 10:00 AM checkout, it felt like there was very limited time to enjoy the cabin beyond simply sleeping there.」

「The best thing about our stay for our family of 6 was that we had a room with a king bed and two queen beds at a reasonable price. (Hard to find usually (our kids were excited that no one had to sleep on a pull-out couch! The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent (better coffee than most hotels). The shower was just average - not a lot of pressure and the bedding could have been better but would definitely stay again as we had a nice stay.」

「It was fine for roadside motel. The bathroom brought to mind that of grandma’s that hasn’t been redone since the 60’s. There was a loveseat outside our door for some reason. But it’s a roadside motel so it was fine for a night. Go in expecting that and you will also be fine. My only “real” complaint was the outlets. Our charging cubes fell out of all of them except for the newer one in the bathroom. I unplugged a lamp to put in a charger thinking that would work but the charger fell out. I...

「You really can't go wrong with a Hampton in. They check all the boxes. Never have had a bad experience at one. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast is decent. Staff is always friendly.」

「Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant.」
