「Room clean and well appointed. Had asked for ground floor room as I have mobility issues but not given but was immediately changed when asked about this. My friend was also changed so that we had next door rooms. I was cold during night but following morning was given extra duvet and maintenance came and showed me how to alter heating control. I had highered the bathroom floor heating instead of the room. Lovely continental breakfast. Very satisfied all round.」

「Charming but in need of updating. Peaceful area and a nice hour's stroll (or less) into the attached Manor Park and its lovely pinetum. It was very muddy and boggy in the park in February, wellies are a must! Our room (12) was classed as a 'superior' but I don't think that was warranted. I've seen far nicer rooms on the website, perhaps we drew the short straw. We had a double bed which felt small, these days I like a king in a superior room.

「The place is old, but not an issue.
But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes.
The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes.
After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection.
