“Charming apartment building just outside the busy centre. Easily reachable by tram (Strozzi Falacci stop ~5mins walk) from the train station or centre. Check-in agent communicated with us well, but had us waiting for over half an hour on arrival (due to heavy rain and another check-in), but was friendly and helpful and did not cause a problem for us. Apartment was clean, with an excellent shower (very powerful), a nice little kitchen, and a very comfy and large bed. Remote activated……

“The apartment is very up to date and looks newly renovated. My family and I enjoyed the distinct separation of rooms. The bathroom is spacious with a great shower. The kitchen is up to date with most needed appliances. A kettle would have been nice though. The only down side of the property is that there is a significant amount of street noise coming into the bedroom.”

“The stay was as described and that is very important to me. Check in was confusing, but we figured out the doors to access. The host was quick to respond and helped us with checking in and what not. It is an old building and oddly shaped, but still a wonderful and quiet place to stay. It was hard to cool the place in June, but the cooler and fans helped a lot. Only 10 minutes to the Duomo! ”

“Crazy good location,clean,good communication with renters. Did not get towels/linen changed(stayed two weeks),was offered a “maybe but it will be an xtra cost”.Well we lived….Other than that we will recommend the place.”

“This was a great apt in a pwrfect area for seeing all the sites. Close to a great breakfast spot, gelateria and many great restaurants. We walked here from the train station and walked everywhere during our stay. Well equipped and plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teens. ”
