「The property is spacious and well positioned for the beach. Difficult to park a car on their driveway so had to park elsewhere. The BBQ and oven were not clean. Leak in shower room and one shower not working but fixed whilst we were there. The property is lovely and the host personable. With the charges for cleaning i would expect it to be spotless. 「My family and I enjoyed staying at this property - nice lay out so you all have your own little bit of space but nice big communal areas for spending time together - the hosts have left lots of condiments/cleaning products/utensils so you don’t need to buy/take lots of things with you - really pretty view. Sunsets are 10/10 and are visible from most of the house. The nearby beach has a lovely local/community feel to it. Overall - very happy with our stay」

「Everything we needed for a lovely week, wonderful walks to The Lizard along cliff path. We drove every day to Helston to pick up a newspaper & provisions. The minor downside is the narrow roads but we only had to back up once all week. We have rebooked again for next year. Fresh air, excellent outlook, no traffic & very private. Cadgwith a short walk along cliff path. Very quite & peaceful.」

「We have been holidaying in Cornwall for over 30 years and have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. The apartment is equipped and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the owners have thought of everything. The location is superb, a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Sue communicated regularly with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and she left luxurious gifts such as Prosecco, a home-cooked meal etc. I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation...

「As travelers from Australia, we decided on a self contained old worker's cottage as a change from the ordinary motels. We were not disappointed. Although small ( or compact ), the house came with the mod cons we required.
