Sie hat pro forma gefragt, wie die Reise bisher gewesen sei. Dann habe ich die Schlüssel gekriegt, ohne weiter Anweisung, wo sich das Zimmer befindet und wo die Aufzüge Sind. Unmöglich. Sonst war das Personal in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders freundlich.」

「Strange checkin process, reception is at the Hub not in the Hotel, I may have missed communication on this but a lot of walking about just to check in Car chargers need bettering, current type have no instructions and no staff (5 of them) knew how they worked or more importantly released the cable!」

「Absolutely gob-smacked when we arrived at the Barnstaple Hotel, it was fantastic and totally unexpected. Staff were lovely, ambience great and it was just so welcoming.
