「There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. 「Our stay was absolutely spectacular! Mike, the staff member who helped us, was incredibly helpful and the most accommodating host ever. As a young family, we were thrilled with Room 1 which was super spacious, with luxurious mattresses that were extremely comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect, being very central, near bus stops, and just a short walk from the beach, shops and places of interest like the Pavilion, etc. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be back!」

「The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation...

「The hotel was amazing, the room was extremely clean, tidy and very comfortable with everything we needed. Very close to the seafront so we went for a late walk along the beach. Breakfast wasn’t included but we paid the extra and it was great. We will definitely go back again 」

「Great location, really convenient place to stay for visiting friends and being out in the city. Would stay again. Nice and clean room and well stocked. A bit of noise in the surrounding streets at night midweek but nothing much and the staircase is a bit of a hike and narrow up to the top floor but its fine.」
