「We hit traffic on the way up, but Carrie was still available for our late check-in. She was super helpful and accommodating and gave us loads of ideas for activities and directions in the area. We stayed in the largest treehouse and it was exactly as advertised in the photos. 「This rental worked perfectly for section hiking the AT while my husband worked. It was spacious and clean with a full kitchen and great bathroom. The king bed was very comfortable. It’s on a busy street but we travel with our white noise machine so that was not a problem. Loved the decor 」

「The house was immaculate, well appointed, even some essentials in case you forgot anything which was perfect since 2 members forgot toothbrushes! 「We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. 」

「We had a lovely stay in the A-Frame! It was such a an easy drive to nearby hikes and North Conway. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a campfire, a movie, and the Sonos speakers. We wished we had stayed longer, and will definitely be back!」

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
