「We enjoyed the house and community neighborhood. Perfect set up for a family of 4 with most everything we needed. It wasn’t quite set up in the kitchen as there weren’t enough place settings and we couldn’t get all the burners on the stove to light. We liked the backyard and it was a quick walk to the neighborhood Tesco Express. It was probably our inexperience with UK showers but we could get the water temperature not to be scalding. Overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「The property was lovely, very clean, well-equipped and in a very good location. It was quiet and peaceful, but close to the estate facilities including the excellent pool complex and the bar/restaurant. Catherine, the owner, was very helpful and went beyond our expectations to resolve the one issue that we had while we were there. 「We stayed for our wedding weekend, it was just what we wanted, although the weather wasn’t great for the weekend we still had a great time, watching the rain dance on the lake and nice chilled days in the swimming pool and spa. We have stayed in the Lower Mill Estate before so knew what to expect, and we always love it! 」

「The Snug is in a good location to visit the Forest of Dean area and Wales. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and live on site. They have thoughtfully provided everything you need for a short break. It is well presented and although overlooking a main road is quiet and has parking at the rear. 」

「Stayed as two families - 4 adults 3 kids. V clean and well maintained, good facilities and attentive customer service. Only drawback is open decking so others can walk past whilst sitting out but that’s fine for a weekend.」

「We stayed here for a family wedding in Bath. There were 13 staying in total over the weekend aged 8-72. It was a perfect house with everything we could have needed. The swimmjng pool was an added bonus and the grounds were incredible. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever going back to Bath. 」

整體還好，但只有又高又斜的樓梯，沒有升降機

"環境，房間都是很好的。包早餐是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。"
