"Our friend group of 6 had a great stay at this property. Communication with the property manager was excellent, the property was spotless and exactly as pictured in the listing. We had a small issue with the heat not working upon arrival but the property manager responded quickly had the issue fixed within an hour. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor firepit area was the perfect spot to gather and relax with our friends. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and there were plenty of towels and blankets. Great location by the lake and only a 5 minute drive to Bailey’s Harbor. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Was a fantastic week of relaxing on Kangaroo lake and Door County! Was great to have the lake and kayaks, a canoe and row boat at our back door. Management company was incredibly quick with responses to a couple questions we had. Would definitely stay again!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) Our recent stay at The Rushes was overall fun, especially since it was our first time visiting the property. The kids had a blast and we really appreciated that all the flotation devices were free to use — that was a big hit! That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The indoor pool closed too early, which was a bit disappointing when we wanted evening swims. There were limited bikes available, and some of the ones on site weren’t even drivable. The patio and deck also had quite a few cobwebs, and it felt like the outdoor areas aren’t being maintained as well as they could be. Despite these things, we still made the most of our stay and created great memories. With a bit more upkeep and better amenities, this property could easily go from good to amazing!"
