「We stayed at the Ritz Saturday night after a long day at the aquarium with our 4 and 2 year old daughters. I felt safe here with my children and the employees were very accommodating to them. There was a small kids table in the lobby with crayons and coloring pages. My daughters also got to pick out a stuffy of their choice upon arrival. The room was very clean and I never felt like my daughters couldn’t walk around the room freely. I do however wish that the room had a functional fridge and a...

「The hotel is well kept and fairly nice. However the lobby is turned into a club on weekend nights. Which is fun but kind of loud for a hotel lobby you kind of expect to be able to communicate somewhat easily with the receptionist.」

「We enjoyed our stay. The rooftop bar was cool and the bartenders pleasant. However, the front desk staff were not friendly or very welcoming. My husband ate in the restaurant both mornings and he said the same about the waitstaff. We probably would not stay there again. 」
