“We were there for just a quick overnight. The self check in did not work and it took a minute to get a real person at the desk. The pool and spa were out of order but we did not plan to use them. We did not visit the casino while we were there. This is a good place for a reasonable overnight that is away from the main drag and other chain hotels.”

“Sleeping soundly”

“First the hotel was clean our room needed to be more clean so we requested it to be cleaned with new sheets and bedding, the stuff was extra nice when asked for our room to be cleaned again because the cleaning stuff didn’t it do a great job and I did speak to the manager and they took care it of right away, the breakfast was okay not great they ran out of food and only one person was working with the breakfast she did bring out more food tho but not great options tho , would like to see more……

“Very cozy and felt homey. Staff was super helpful and everything was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient and everything was stocked well. Excellent stay.”

“The air conditioning was not functioning and it was hot. The front desk gave discount 20% which is not worth it. My family did not get sleep after driving from chesterfield and doing entire day office. Not recommended. ”

“The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and the amenities were plentiful.”

“Not meet expectaion”

“Pool and hot tub were out of order. Was never mentioned when I was making the reservation. Towels and facial tissue had not been restocked when we entered our room. Had to call front desk. Not the worst place but next time would spend a little extra for a better place.”

“Shower water is not hot enough and a little small.”

“The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)”

“Our stay was good overall. The rooms were a little musty smelling, couldn’t figure out why. Everything was clean though, no other complaints.”

“It is very convenient to eat and shopping around, but the room is very old, the bed and furniture are old, and the room smells bad, and the Wi-Fi is not good.”

“The check in was awful. Tried to check in at 3pm, as listed. After 20 minutes of waiting, he said it would be ready at 4pm. We came back around 5pm. After another 20 minutes, he handed me a key card. No real communication, just awful all the way around. Not very clean. My son found a spoon next to the bed on the floor. Would not recommend”

“The ad says that the room slept five. When we got there, there was one king size bed, and one full bed . There were four of us guys and not too many guys want to sleep together in a full-size bed. And the staff said that the king size bed would sleep three. I don’t know too many people that sleep three in a bed. That advertising is deceptive. They didn’t offer to give us any other cots or couches or anything because they didn’t have any.”

“Check in was smooth. Actually got a quick tour of the facilities and where best to park. Restaurant & bar looked busy but we ordered a famous pizza close by. Located right on the water, full boat docks. Beds were comfy but older, room very clean. Super close to New Buffalo & Indians Dunes.”
