So I told the lady it wasn't blowing air just fan and mind you it was 90 out and we sweated all night because maintenance leaves at 230pm which she was told before that, so it could've been fix the 1st night but it wasn't plus it was our 19th Anniversary on that day. 「The couch had disgusting stains and looked very dirty. I had to unplug the refrigerator because it was making a very annoying noise. The air conditioning unit was also very noisy—it sounded like there was an animal inside it. The pool water didn't look clean either. I don't think it had been properly cleaned. 「A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. 「This Best Western hotel, though a bit older, is worth a stay for others. The desk clerk made us feel welcomed. Our family of four had a standard room with the usual hotel amenities. The room was clean and had a cozy nook where we could step outside to enjoy the water and the geese. The hotel is conveniently located near the Indiana Dunes Welcome Center, making it an ideal spot for visitors. If we return, this is definitely where we’d stay again.」
