「We returned from supper and front desk clerk did not even look up from her phone. A yellow bucket, full of dirty mop, water and a dirty mop was right at the front desk Our Shower had mildew growing along the edge Breakfast buffet might’ve been OK if it had been refilled. We asked if there were any more boiled eggs and we received a sigh and the attendant went back to get some more.」

「Very nice place to visit, but tucked away all on its own. Rooms were nice but we were there during a heat wave and room was hotter than the hallway. After trying to cool it down they moved us across the hallway where the AC worked great (why didn't we start there?). Staff was super helpful with the relocate. Restaurant was nice and has a tiny bar area. Walking trail is nothing more than a mowed loop around the property. Rooms were nice and dinner was nice.」

「Well the 1st night we stayed NO AIR in bedroom. Told front desk right away. So I told the lady it wasn't blowing air just fan and mind you it was 90 out and we sweated all night because maintenance leaves at 230pm which she was told before that, so it could've been fix the 1st night but it wasn't plus it was our 19th Anniversary on that day. 「A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. 「This Best Western hotel, though a bit older, is worth a stay for others. The desk clerk made us feel welcomed. Our family of four had a standard room with the usual hotel amenities. The room was clean and had a cozy nook where we could step outside to enjoy the water and the geese. The hotel is conveniently located near the Indiana Dunes Welcome Center, making it an ideal spot for visitors. If we return, this is definitely where we’d stay again.」
