「We had a lovely stay, staff were extremely friendly, welcoming & helpful throughout the hotel. The food at both Zest and The Fairway dinner buffet was good, we appreciated the many vegetarian options such as lasagne. Breakfast was also very good.
Swimming pool was very nice and clean with good temperature for the water as well as the Sauna and Steam room. Gym was very good with many different fitness areas, free-weights, studio etc..
Inside the room, the beds were very comfy, lots of space...

「Upon arrival at the hotel, staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, however the temperature of the room was a little confusing to operate and took some time to get warm.
Breakfast had vegan options on request and staff were friendly and accomodating.
The hotel was right near the NEC which was convenient however there isnt anything else within the vicinity.
If you want to link to your genting account, make sure you use the same email on your check in.
Overall, great stay. 」
