「The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. 「We cycled to the motel so were unable to bring our own food. The motel is a few miles from the nearest restaurant - too far to cycle for a meal out. The manager kindly offered to buy food for us which was there on our arrival. We grilled the sausages on the gas grill. There were tables and chairs next to the grill and undercover. We later sat around a fire. The wood was provided free of charge. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. 」

「The one staff we interacted with at the front desk was absolutely delightful ! The beds were comfy. Prime location. Felt quiet/safe. Beautiful mountain view. The added patio was nice. Shower water pressure terrific. I'd definitely stay here again! 」

「Snow Cap Inn was perfect!! My husband and I stayed here for one night in March for a last minute ski trip to Sunday River. The rooms were clean and cute. Loved the hot chocolate station and the warm choc chip cookies! Staff was so friendly and nice, will definitely be back! 」

「I had booked this place for our first ever family trip. We did the nostalgia night at Story Land (all Adults). We actually booked all the rooms in the Inn. let me just say The caretakers Kim and her husband are fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure all was right with our stay. when she found out we were having a cake for 2 birthdays she offered decorations that she had. she was great with information on where to eat, things to do and great hiking trails. she is definitely an asset...
