「A beautiful house in a stunning location - everything you need close by and the walled garden is just amazing . 」

「Lovely traditional pub, excellent food and accomodation」

「Lovely venue」

「There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate.」

「Good hotel service and staff Bit out of town so need to get a cab / uber but free parking is a bonus」

「Everything was amazing. Oliver was beyond helpful and kind!」

「A beautiful thatched pub in the Suffolk countryside with original features and delicious breakfast」

「The bathroom was in a poor start of repair. The side bath panel was water damaged and obviously been treated and then left Showing further damage and falling apart. The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it. The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. 「I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.」

「Staff are very helpful and create a pleasant friendly environment, good standards of cleanliness throughout. Lovely big breakfast served by staff member attentive to customer needs.」

「Place was clean and lovely and staff very helpful. I would’ve loved to have found out what the “meal deal” was in the lounge though. And no air conditioning so our room was sooooo hot at night. We had a fan that helped but was so hard to sleep. I understand it’s not the hotels fault but yeah it wasn’t as hot outside anymore it seemed to retain the heat from the last few months still」

「The roast partridge and Rhone red were excellent, as was our room.」

「Parking good , lots of shopping and food close Garden and kitchen are great」

「Great location, comfortable room and really nice breakfast」
