「We were in Gilford to attend a concert and this place was convenient, clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the lake. Since it was right on the road there was car noise but not too bad.」

「Cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchenette was well stocked. Outside sitting and firepits were an added bonus. Bicycles available, kayaking available albeit a little small in size. A little difficult to get into the water.」

「Cottage settings gave space to renters. The upgrades throughout the unit made everything very convienent while maintaining the charm of the setting.」

「Beautiful property. Yes, we needed to go slowly down the dirt road into the property but it was manageable and worth it!! Great main house. Spacious and clean. Had all the amenities we needed. The bonus was the separate game house. My kid loved that. Plenty of land around the house to play ball and ride bikes. The pond was back at the main road and beautiful. Peaceful stay. 」

The cabin was spotless, host was friendly and helpful, the location was secluded and serene but close enough to amenities to have ease of getting necessary items and the cabin was a perfect romantic getaway for our honeymoon! We look forward to coming back here as often as possible 」

「We were gong to a wedding in Hiram. We are 70-83 years old and made out just fine. We were very careful walking outside with the roots. Also notice floor sagging in places and couldn't close screen door. All repairable issues. But we were careful and enjoyed our stay.」

「Loved the location by the Pond, there was a hiking trail across the street, we walked our dogs on. Convenient location to several beach areas. We enjoyed our stay and will return」
