“As a paying family of 5 who required the sofa bed, we were disappointed to discover that the linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. This was our second hotel of the trip and the second hotel that did not have what we needed. Very disappointing. Not only that, but one of the cards did not work to open the door. “The cottage was infested with both sugar ants and black ants, it was sweltering inside the unit that had ONE AC, the circuit breaker kept flipping off and shutting down the refrigerator. The pool hours were way too limited and the check in and departure times were way too strict. I will never go back there and I would never refer friends. For what we paid, it was a ripoff.”
