"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"Well maintained older home with 5 minute walk to state beach, as well asdog-friendly beach (early and late in the day). All the beach toys, chairs, wagon needed for acccess. Parking room for 4-5 cars, room to entertain out back.
