“We had a great stay! The unit was spacious enough and served our needs perfectly. Was quite impressed with the host/property management who were very responsive and prompt anytime we messaged them with a question or issue. Other than the minor glitch sorting out the parking, it was the perfect venue. The minor glitch with the parking was certainly not nearly a big enough deal to prevent us from staying there again in the future. ”

“2 travelers. Lots of plates utensils . Only 1 coffee cup. No other glasses . Empty paper towels. Dirty linen that smelled of mold in washer/dryer. 1 clean towel. No clean wash cloths to wash with. They said the drive was 2 mins to pick up keys, it was 10 mins. And no response on the last message sent . No way to confirm check out. Def 3/5 stars. Although very convenient to family, and reasonable price . Bed had a hard edge and soft center , uncomfortable to sit on. Couch stiff as a board . We……

“The listing itself was fine, but the check-in process was a serious problem. Keys are held at a convenience store 10 minutes away — which would be workable, except the store's hours had changed and it was closed when I arrived late at night. The host had explicitly assured me keys would be available 24/7, so I had made no backup plan.I was left without access to the rental and had to find and pay for alternative accommodation at the last minute. The host was responsive over messages but……
