  • Welcome to the stunning lakefront cabin, where the timeless craftsmanship of Amish builders meets modern luxury in an unforgettable log cabin retreat. Situated on over 10 acres of pristine prairie and forest landscape, our flagship property offers 2600+ square feet of pure relaxation and recreation, including a private pond with seasonal watercraft rental availability and a sprawling illuminated firepit area with breathtaking views of the water and complimentary firewood.



    Step inside this exquisite cabin, meticulously decorated, and discover a sanctuary where rustic charm meets contemporary comfort. With 3 bedrooms + large loft, and 2 full baths, our lodge comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and up to 2 pets. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the additional bedrooms feature plush queen beds. The loft area offers two more queen beds for extra sleeping space. Catch the latest show on your smart Roku TV, available in every room.



    Prepare culinary delights in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a 5-burner induction stove, 3-in-1 microwave, convection oven, air fryer, and commercial-grade pizza oven. Fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining, the kitchen is a chef's dream come true.



    Entertainment knows no bounds at the cabin. Descend into the expansive game basement, where you'll find a shuffleboard, foosball table, poker table, cozy seating area, and a kids' den complete with a convertible queen-sized futon, games, and books. For your convenience, we offer large washer/dryer machines and a 2-car garage with a ping pong table.



    Relax and unwind on the huge deck, grill up a feast on the gas/charcoal grill combo, and gather around the outdoor seating area for memorable evenings under the stars.     ⭐CABIN RULES⭐



    A refundable $300 security deposit and signed Renter's Agreement will be required from every Guest.

    A high occupancy charge (aka extra guest charge) of $25 per Guest per night will be assessed for groups of over 8 people to account for additional restocking and maintenance expenses.



    1. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is allowed. This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping or recreational substances, is permitted. If any type of smoking is detected by our team, Guest's security deposit will be forfeited in its entirety and an additional $500 will be charged to Guest's card on file.



    2. The Guest is expected to return the accommodation to the Owner in the condition the Guest received it.



    3. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the Rental Property. The Guest will be held financially responsible for any damage done by their guest as if the Guest had done the damage themselves. A high occupancy fee (aka extra guest fee) of $25 per Guest per night will be assessed for groups of over 8 people to account for additional cleaning and maintenance expenses.



    4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Do not move large furniture. No shoes on furnishings.



    5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances. The Owner and/or Manager will make every reasonable effort to ensure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order. It is expected that major systems in and around the home will break down from time to time such as hot tub, air conditioning, washer, dryer, refrigerator, etc. The Owner and/or Manager must be notified immediately if you discover any item that needs attention and Owner and/or Manager will attempt to repair the problem as soon as possible upon notice by the Guest. Owner and/or Manager assumes no liability to Guest if such should occur as all products have a useful life and break down occasionally. No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by County officials due to storms or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of God or nature. Guests are encouraged to obtain Travel Insurance.



    6. Guests are allowed a maximum of two (2) pets (dogs or cats only, up to 15 lbs each) at any time during the rental period and are subject to the house rules and a $250 fee per stay. Service animals are allowed as per the most current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations for Title III (public accommodations and commercial facilities) free of charge. No pets are allowed on bedding or furniture. Please use the pet relief area exclusively and clean after your pet. Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.



    7. No firearms allowed in Rental Property.



    8. Parking: Parking is limited to 6 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the public road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Our public roads are plowed during winter but a 4x4 vehicle may be occasionally required.



    9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units, except for beach towels.



    10. No parties of any kind. Excessive noise and disturbances are routinely monitored by law enforcement. Guests are hereby informed of the presence of outdoor security cameras overlooking the parking area, deck, and main entrances.



    11. We are located in a quiet residential area and, although this is a vacation destination, it's a primary home to many people. We ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am noise should be kept to a minimum and outdoor lights should be turned off.



    12. Please do not flush feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, paper towels, cotton balls, or Q-tips down the toilets. They will clog the toilet and holding tanks/septic system and Guest will be liable for all damages and repairs. A one-time 4% rural waste management fee is assessed for every booking. Holding tanks are regularly pumped.



    13. No touching or tampering with outdoor and indoor monitoring devices (security cameras, CO, smoke).



    14. Burning of trash, gasoline, or other materials outside of firewood is prohibited.



    15. No motor boats inside the lake.



    16. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the Owner as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation.



    17. Please respect check-in and check-out times. If Guest fails to vacate the premises at the end of the rental period (including early termination), Guest shall be charged and liable to Owner for $500 per day for every day past the date and time of the end of the rental period, and all administrative and legal costs associated with eviction. Owner will make every effort to accommodate a late check-out whenever possible and if Guest has given at least a 24-hour advance request (a $50 fee may be applied for up to 2 hours early check-in and/or late check-out, due and payable upon request and contingent on availability). Any unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $150 fee and will be deducted from the security deposit.



    18. The Rental Property may offer access to recreational and water activities, including but not limited to trails, piers, docks, kayaks/boats, canoes, bicycles, and swimming. Guest fully understands and acknowledges that outdoor recreational and water activities have inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. Participation in such activities and/or use of equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury (including from wildlife), disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death, or other ailments that could cause serious disability. Guest agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and any and all agents, employees, or contractors for any injury or damage caused by these activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Owners, the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, the forces of nature, or other causes foreseeable or unforeseeable. Guest hereby assumes all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the Owners or by any other person. Guest hereby voluntarily agrees to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Owner and any and all agents, employees, or contractors from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of Rental Property facilities, equipment, or activities. Guest further assumes full responsibility for the actions of any and all persons whom he may allow to enter the property during the rental period and indemnifies Owner from any and all claims arising from such other persons.
