「The property was dated. I only needed a place to rest my head to visit someone in the hospital so this worked.」

「The room we had wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. Found dirty kleenex in my bed. The bathtub and bathroom was not clean and the carpets throughout where we walked looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. They moved us to another room where at least 2 outlets didn't work including the only one in the bathroom and we had trouble with the toilet flushing. We did not use the breakfast bar! 」

「Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much.」

「You get exactly what you pay for here, and it’s not much. If you’re cheap or poor like me, this is where you want to be. Also, there are a lot of people in and out so if socializing with strangers is your thing you’re in for a treat. There’s a weird guy that sits by the front desk and stares at everyone that comes down the hall but there wasn’t a category to rate him. Every other rating is “okay” but I’d probably rate him as “not okay”. Maybe he’s an undercover security guard. He’s not going to...

「We had a late check it for an early morning flight. The receptionist that night was great. He was really helpful, kind and when we told him that we had to check out at 3:30 for an early flight he said that breakfast would not be ready yet but all we had to do was to let the morning guy know that we were leaving for an early flight and he would give us a bagged breakfast. We did and they gave us fruit, muffins, cheese sticks and juices! Oh my gosh! I have never been treated so well! And the rooms...

「We enjoyed our stay. Very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Unique tall ceilings and looking forward to the pool and hot tub renovations. Staff was friendly- however, limited so extra wait time. Thanks.」
