- Welcome to this quaint efficiency located in the vibrant small town of Port Salerno which lies along the Port St Lucie River near the inlet to the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy great waterfront restaurants, bars and shops. Outdoor activities include fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and much more. Be sure to check out the Manatee Pocket Walk in downtown Port Salerno. Only 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of South Florida! You will find a spaceous and private back yard with plenty of seating and a fire pit. There is also a utility room with a brand new washer and dryer should you need it. Inside the property you will find a thoughtfully laid out studio style, complete with full size appliances and stocked kitchen with most cooking necessities including coffee maker and coffee. There is also a comfortable queen bed, couch and coffee table in addition to small dining table and a flat screen TV.

Jason was very accommodating and responsive! The property was very clean and thoughtfully designed and furnished with everything you'd need! We were there for an interim stay bc our flight was cancelled and it was perfect for us for two nights!

Wife and I have stayed here multiple times. Its always been great. Quiet area, short walk to fantastic food. Room is always clean and the parking is easy. Will stay again soon im sure.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. My only heads up is that while the sofa/futon folds flat, it is not as comfortable as a regular bed, so if you're hoping for a pull out sleeper sofa, you might be disappointed. Everything else is great.

Great Spot
We had a great stay here this week! Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a very short walk to all the restaurants and waterfront area as well! Jason is a great host and very responsive when we reached out.

Due to construction being done on our local condo, we needed a rental for two weeks. This rental was exactly what we needed with a full kitchen and good location.

Booked this spot on a whim for a last-minute fishing trip to Stuart, FL, because apparently, spontaneity and midlife crises go hand-in-hand. Within hours we were sunburnt, smelling like bait, and living our best lives.The house? Spotless. Comfy beds, cold A/C, and a fridge big enough to hold questionable amounts of beer and even more questionable gas station sandwiches. Location was perfect—just minutes from the marina and even closer to our poor decision-making.We caught fish, lost fish, told lies about the fish we caught—and came home heroes. Even had a solid cleaning station to pretend we knew what we were doing with a filet knife.10/10 would ignore responsibilities and book again. If you're looking for a no-drama crash pad to chase tail and escape reality, this is the spot.

Great experience.
We stayed here while we visited our son. It was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable place, nice backyard for grilling and hanging out and closely located to restaurants and the water. Jason was responsive and communication about the property was welcomed. Loved our stay.
