"Lovely welcome pack from the host and great communication. The property was clean, light, airy and nicely decorated with modern appliances. It has a luxury feel. A large secure garden with hot tub and summer house."

"I arrived at the property and it was immediately clear that the bedsheets had not been changed. There were muddy paw prints and visible dog hairs all over the bedding. I contacted the host straight away, who offered to change the bedding but insisted it was “clean, just stained” and that this had been missed by the cleaners. However, if the bedding was clean, it should not have had dog hair on it. This raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. If something as basic as fresh bedding had not been done, I did not feel confident that other items such as towels or surfaces had been properly cleaned either. As a result, I did not feel comfortable staying and had to leave immediately and find alternative accommodation. Despite this, the host has refused to issue a refund, even though I was unable to stay due to the condition of the property on arrival. Very disappointing experience and not what I expect when booking paid accommodation"

"Delightful cabin just a few steps from the seaWe have stayed at Neptune many times & thoroughly enjoy this comfortable, well-equipped home from home set just a few steps from endless beaches and walks whatever the weather/time of year. The location is ideal both as a relaxing base, and also for venturing out to the numerous picturesque locations along the North Norfolk coast. You’ll love it, we do."

"Rather damp smell in main bedroom, small amount of black mould in the shower. Cooker not very clean but kitchen generally well-equipped (although only one teaspoon). Lounge comfortable and spacious. Poor signage on campsite especially for exit - if you arrive outside reception times, you won't get a map (we arrived after dark and left early the next morning). Very convenient for RSPB Snettisham. "

"top of fridge dirty, toilet and shower not thoroughly cleaned . net curtains in lounge frayed. cups in cupboard dirty and had to clean before use. A lot of stains on carpet. Not worth the money we paid."

"Caravan was in a good location on site. Lots of things you might have forgotten on hand. "

"The stay very good providing that it was our first staying in a caravan. We were surprised that the living room was quite spacious with very comfy sofas. Literally 1 minute walk to the beach with small coffee shop and toilets."

"This property was in an ideal position for the beach and the host Nigel was great, breakfast was very adequate and offered a good choice of cereals yogurts and bread . Eggs were available to have either scrambled or boiled. Tea coffee and orange juice was readily available. However first impressions of the site and room were a bit disappointing !The room lacked a good standard of cleanliness and our sheets were a bit on the grubby side. Saying that we did enjoy our two nights there but would have not wanted to stay longer. Good for a short break! "
