“Room was very good. Rather warm, but turning the radiators off and opening the windows sorted that out. A very pleasant stay with the breakfast a 6 mile walk and a light lunch in the pub.”

“Upon arrival at the Grantham Arms, we were welcomed warmly by staff. The atmosphere was friendly and cheerful on the Saturday before Christmas. Our room was well-appointed and very cosy. The decor was stylish and comfortable with plenty of cushions and good quality bed linen and towels. There were lots of extras - we particularly liked the biscuits - and the tea and coffee making facilities were great. “Ideally placed in the centre of Knaresborough, we were welcomed warmly. The room was lovely with a generous bathroom attached. Plenty of teabags, coffee and hot chocolate sachets and fresh milk was kept in a small fridge. The chocolate was a nice touch alongside the complementary biscuits. It was very quiet and the breakfast was delicious. We will certainly visit again. ”

“Host was very responsive at the time off booking and sent clear, helpful instructions on access and what was around the local area, well presented, clean and tidy great location with supermarket, bars and plenty of places to eat, the location is lovely and had everything you would need, No noise issues, Comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen.
